Fire's From The Past This shot is of the Dickie Mill fire in Oella which occurred in 1918. This is a second shot of the fire after the rebuild had started. If you look to the left you can see the remains of the orignal fire building. This is a shot the Catonsville Country Club Fire. The country club is located in a 4-8 box. This photo is of the Wilkens-Rodgers Flour Mill fire located at the Baltimore and Howard county line in Oella. Fire at the Charing Cross Shopping Center in the 5200 Block of Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville. Photo shows firemen examining ruins of a burned out store next to the former Charing Cross Plumbing.  The ruins of the Sun Ray Drug Store after a fire at the Charing Cross Shopping Center on Route 40 in Catonsville. Rolling Road Plaza underwent an all night fire which destroyed most of the upper floors. The lower floors were water damaged. Firefighters monitor the building. Fire broke out in the sheds of J. Norman Geipe Van Lines, Inc., in Catonsville, Maryland. This particular fire was extinguished quickly and caused minor damage. 01/05/1986 The Simpkins Industries Fire This fire was a all nighter. Engine 4 found upon arrival fire though the roof of the main building and heavy extension to the ajoining structure's This fire was went multiple alarms bringing the entire west side companies and units from Howard and Carroll counties The remain's of this fire still exist as of today down on River rd. B.Green Warehouse Fire HALETHORPE, Md. -- A six-alarm fire destroyed a vacant warehouse.
